Had a fun day playing a bunch of soft tables today on this new game.

It seemed like lots of players were heavily missplaying hands especially overplaying low pairs.

a friend of mine did a stream of it yesterday

I was also on the table and managed to run pretty good :)

I feel fairly comfortable on most streets but the flop feels totally wierd. Not sure if i like it but im sure thats where the biggest edge is.

I played 10 hands of this.
It was a bit unnerving to get two crappy hole cards, not knowing what the next two would be -- so I folded all but two of the hands.
I won one had that went all-in on the turn.

Villain showed 5♥:2♣:7♦:4♠:
I held T♣:8♣:2♦:5♦:
board was: 2♠:7♥:3♦: T♦: Q♥:

I chose this hand since it was suited, and relatively connected -- of the 10 hands played these were the best hole cards I saw.
Villain was in every hand, and insanely aggro post flop.

Soft?
Maybe, but I think at the moment I'd rather play one or the other.

A while back I suggested split-pot Hold'em Hi/Lo, but I haven't seen it yet

Cheers,
VS

Pocket pairs go down drastically in value once they are not the highest. I think that is the main mistake players are making atm.

Pocket 7s in an omaha hand is more often a trash hand than not and players seem to be raising and calling 3bets with them preflop

It sounds fun, but you need to know the ranges on a different way than in a normal NLHE game.

Hey jmackenzie,

Do you plan to do another bankroll challenge like Power Up?

Regards

Laz

I was thinking to combine some fusion with Power Up and go for a much bigger bankroll goal in the future. The cool thing about this game that is regularly has up to 500PL running, so I think viewers would enjoy some higher stakes? My bankroll would enjoy it too ! _evil:

But first i need to hit that illusive $1k :f_biggrin:
