He is a loose passive player with 67/0/0 on only 4 hands so i don't had any read on him he was limping his btn. On the turn i have to semibluff after he checks flop with so many outs with my draw but my doubt is if he raises turn i have to fold? As played could i raise his turn bet as a semibluff? I already saw the last video from collin and this could be a spot to play my draw fast and probably shoving turn, i don't have showdown value with my hand and i could have some fold equity because of his size bet.

Cumps ;)

I don't think you can play it different against a fish. I expect you don't have any fold equity on the turn if you would raise or shove.

Would lead turn with such strong draw and very little showdown value. If he raises big then have to fold but if you bet 1.5bb and villain minraise then call is +EV.
