It is fine, just bet a little bigger on the flop and turn to have an easier shove on the river.

It's fine as played, at least with a spade blocker. Anyway as long as you don't feel like check/folding on the river it's supposed to be better to shove yourself as you can still hope to value something whereas if you check/call he's gonna shove mostly flushes (and the surprise full).

It's hard to bet bigger on that flop, I quite like the size. But on the turn you can make a little more indeed. All in all that doesn't make the river shove that easier anyway.

I didnt quite get if you shove expecting to get called or to represent a monster.

Flop sizing doesn't matter as far as ranges are concerned, it is whatever really, just make it so you have an easy shove river.

I think this is fine. Maybe the turn bet could be a bit bigger to make the river shove pot or a bit less.

Yes it matters at least a little even here, and anyway having a 80% pot river isn't that much easier than having a PSB. You'd have to bet a tremendous amount flop and turn to avoid having a decision on the river come on.
