TigerGaming Client is taking too long to start and will be closed

Hi.

I've just installed the client, but when I try to open it, it runs for a while, then shows me the message "TigerGaming Client is taking too long to start and will be closed".

I've already tried to run it as administrator, as suggested in other sites and the result is pretty much the same.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Anyone? I tried to contact the TG's support team, but I didn't get any response from them as well.

Not sure if they have upgraded their software, but now the installer asks for KB2999226 installation.
After had that installed, I could proceed and see the TG login/register screen.
It is an advance already.
