Bit bigger pre raise would be ok from UTG with antes and decently deep stacks.
In flop I would consider just checking as this is bad flop in 4way pot. Turn and river is good. Villain is betting into empty sidepot so he has better practically always.
The hand looks better now 
If you bet the flop I would bet smaller I think. 40% bet multi way is big enough I think and then you have still room to move if the BB is shoving you can easier isolate. The rest of the hand seems standard.

About the bigger pre raise, I dunno we d been on the same table for quite a few hands with most of players I'd rather use same saizings .
