with KT i wouldnt, with J in jour hand you still can win when villain tries to get you out of chop. With KT you can only chop or lose.
I would most likely raise like 25c on the flop after his donk lead, but the rest seems fine with the J high straight. With 2 blockers makes it less likely he has 1 and if he has QJ is wuld be crazy.

The answer is no, never without a read on villain's spazziness. People often shove with the goods here to exploit the fact that other opponents are likely to call hoping to split.
You could have 3bet pre that minraise by the way.
