-No moving back down allowed,no fear BELIEVE!
-End goal is to reach €250 spins but i accept if u settle any level u feel comfortable.

Strictly speaking, OP did allow to stop the challenge at $90 ('but i accept if u settle any level u feel comfortable'), and the chance of reaching that goal Is 80-85% for a decent microstake reg.
That said, I like to move down/up very often to make use of the higher softness of the micros acting as a trampoline, and don't limit the micros to spins only - I believe that mass-multitabled $0.50 45-mans are more profitable per hour than $1 spins with about the same standard deviation (I don't know if there are MTT SNGs below €1 in the fr/es/pt pool, though), the problem is that $1.50s and especially $3.50s are tougher.
