Hi guys,
I remember using pokerstrategy for all the wrong reasons when starting my poker career when I was 18. Now I find my self at 28, having been playing 5 card omaha professionally for about 2 years I want to share with the world my thought processes on this very niche for now game. I start with you guys, the community that enabled me to play poker in the first place.
So I found a great way to balance the poker life. I work as a night receptionist in a Hostel in Amsterdam. I can play poker on the 3 shifts a week schedule if I want to, on the days when I work there I give to people. On the days that I don't work in the hostel showing people a good time, making the atmosphere or smoke the occasional joint with the tourists, I take from people. Perfect balance. Half of the week I give and half I take.
Additionally, the poker element allows me to travel easy. Through this and playing live poker in various spots around the world ( Prague, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Wroclaw, Warszawa, Zagreb) I have learned that maybe some people would like to watch me stream poker live. I find the game very entertaining
and especially the no limit holdem. At which I addmit, I am not the best.
So I created a stream. The premiss of it is that I always stream from the hostel. Right now I am in Santa Catarina, Brazil and this sunday I will stream a party themed stream, with only 4 mayor sunday tourneys. However the stream will always be from the hostel, whether it's in Brazil ( I have been streaming for a week now ) Amsterdam or any other city - the interactive part of it will remain there. Random people in the background and interacting with the audience are a part of it.
From the poker perspective I will share my secrets of winning strategy in Pot limit 5 card omaha and hopefully make PS bring back 6 card omaha that was dishonorfully taken away after Full Tilt acquisition and in return I will ask my viewers for help in certain holdem spots. I even have the soundboard for this
already prepared.
