Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

I don't like much calling here, specially when most of the time I'll end up playing a TPGK oop, in a mw pot where I don't have the betting lead...
Should I call?

Flop: (10.4 BB, 3 players) 8♦ Q♣ 3♥
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP+2 bets 10.4 BB, fold, UTG+1 raises to 12.8 BB and is all-in, MP+2 calls 2.4 BB

Turn: (36 BB, 2 players) 5♠

River: (36 BB, 2 players) T♣

Spoiler

UTG+1 shows J♥ K♦ (High Card, King)
(Pre 28%, Flop 3%, Turn 0%)
MP+2 shows Q♦ K♠ (One Pair, Queens)
(Pre 72%, Flop 97%, Turn 100%)
MP+2 wins 34.2 BB

I think as you don't have any info on any of the players i would still go for a 3b/fold here, I think your right in thinking to not call and play oop in a mw pot but i still think your hand is strong enough and ahead of most players open limp range. So i would 3b squeeze/fold to any aggression in this spot...

cms pretty much said it.
Folding this is so nitty even in full-ring. AQo is a strong hand, then you have 2 limp/calls to a raise that also looks like a limp...
3bet all day. When someone limp/4bets you can confidently fold AQo. It's often a monster.
