With absolutely no info (stats and/or knowing if he is on tilt), this is a fold with 95% of your range.
The least you should have here is QT imo.
I've seen this situations where they only do it with sets, others with 87o. I can tell you that it is not worth to call here without a monster. It's spew. And it is not because it is NL5. You'll be basically folding this at NL+inf.

If it was only the fish I would call KQ and better. With 52/48 even for such a small sample he will have many worse top pairs, second/third pairs, gutters or even nothing. Now we have a third guy still in the hand and we know nothing about his hand, so I'm calling QT or better in this situation. In any case KJ is clear fold, of course.
