Flop: ($0.31) 4♠: 8♦: T♠: (2 players)

Hero bets $0.45, BTN calls $0.45

Opinion and questions:
- First of all I have heard that when you 3bet from BB or SB it is better to make it 3,5x or 4x. I did it 3x. Is it correct? If raising 3.5x or 4x just give me the reason why is that, because I don't want to repeat what someone says, I would prefer to understand game.
- I should probably bet slightly bigger on flop and turn, now I realise it.
- I should bet river aswell, and if I got raised i should fold. But when it is played like this and I face potsize bet on the river what to do? In my opinion fold is correct, guy plays vpip23/pfr18, so I dont see him bluffing on the river.
- What if on the turn or river comes spade card? Do I fire again? Do I check/fold? Also gimme reason behind what to do, some thought process.
- How does my game change if instead of villain 23/18 I face maniac or calling station? Actually when facing maniac I never fold aces, but how about calling station? If calling station does this play do I fold? If calling station bets when spade hits - do I fold? Why/why not?
-When I post a hand, what HUD stats are necessary for you to judge opponent? vpip, pfr, 3bet, hands and thats it, or more is required?
Thanks a lot.

Sizing pre-flop and post-flop is fine. I would most likely bet/fold the river, but it depends per villain. if he's loose passive I would bet for sure.
