In the scenario above, what would a ideal calling range be considering ICM implications?

Well vs 8 BB definatly jacks. If I had to guess than 55+ A9s+, ATo+, KQs+ at least.

Based on your title the UTG player is shoving, but if he isn't a nit a call with JJ is standard for sure.
