$1.10 KJs hits OESD, misses turn

17bb seems a bit too deep to 3bet shove pre. But fold seems weak, so I call. With OESD and 15bb behind, do we just shove the flop?

He seems lika a loose passive player and that makes it tougher to shove, but I don't think 17bb is to deep to 3bet shove. With 8outs for a straight and a backdoor flush draw a shove on the flop is a decent option I think, but I doubt you have to much fold equity against a player like him.
