it's indeed to loose and with so many short stackers you can easy min raise/fold I think.
Saves you 2k and than you can raise a little bit wider as well.

how much do you call and how many bb do he needs to have to call this?

If he has less than 10bb behind you need to call with your entire raising range, but I would just stack off with the range Icmicer suggest to you.
