Preflop: Raise it up or fold, I don't like calling.
Flop: I would raise bigger here, ~$6.
Turn: Bet/Fold bigger, ~$7.

Youc an sometimes call pf with KQs, especially if player is aggressive and you could face 4-bet bluffs at some times.
I´d also prefer flop raise to 6$ and you coyuld also consider c/c turn, because you can´t face all-in and you might be still ahead and eh should bet his flushdraws and maybe Ax hands.
