I would most likely Cbet the flop and as played i would fold on his big bet as well or you have good reads on him he could bluff like this.

I would cbet 1/2 pot with 2ndPair on a flop that is not very wet. To deny his equity or letting him pay for his equity.
What is the vpip of BB?

I play full ring. My habit is throwing away these pocket mid pairs if I don't hit the set. Would you still Cbet with 2 flop opponents, with 3 flop opponents, or with 4 flop opponents?

it's not the worst check back as you block a heart and 67 57 combos but betting is still the better option. X/ing back is leaving you open to a turn probe and anything over a 7 you have to fold.

And I think it's an okay exploitive fold vs an unknown at NL10 vs the size, they tend to bet big with value hands on average

How to think about it in theory? (if c-bet or check behind - I mean, which hands I should use for it (what about 22,33,55))
