Hello,

Preflop: Standard raise would be $1.
Flop: I likely Bet/Fold in this situation, it's more likely opponent depending, sometimes I play Bet/Call also. I don't like going broke here.

Best regards,
Rensu

Preflop: Hero is BU with A♣, J♣
6 folds, Hero raises to $1,00, SB folds, BB calls $0,75.

Flop: ($2,10) J♦, 7♣, J♠ (2 players)
BB bets $0,25, Hero raises to $2,00, BB calls $1,75. (this was a really intentional small raise)

Turn: ($6,10) 9♥ (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks (after thinking 15 seconds)

River: ($6,10) 5♣ (2 players)
BB bets $4,00, Hero raises to $8,00, BB calls $4,00.

Final Pot: $22,10

Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows three of a kind, jacks (Ac Jc)
BB shows two pairs, jacks and fives (Td 5s)

Hero wins with three of a kind, jacks (Ac Jc)

Regards

btw, on suck a dry board, villain could easily bluffraise you, sets will just calling you down imo.

best regards

vs that fish I would bet/call that flop and go broke until river if he keeps barreling. I think calling is better there just because even tho he is a big fish you will still fold some of his weaker hands by reraising the flop and you don`t have to protect there

Villain is aggressive and loose, getting all-in there for value is good line.
