1€ Spin&Go HU deep (ES 25) BTN T9o shove or minbet

Here is a hand I'm not happy with,

This is more general than T9o, I would follow the same line with something like 98o - JTo, 65s - T9s, K4s-K9s, K8o-KTo, A2o-A8o.
My thinking is: it would be too tight to pass those hands HU yet I don't really want to play them postflop.

My options are:
Folding -> too tight (I think?)
Limping -> it's probably what good players are going to recommend. I don't know if I have the edge post flop to exploit (that is grow the pot enough when I hit decent flop) those situations. The rest of the time it'll end up in checking to show down or me folding. Is it really that positive?
Minbet -> most hands we beat fold, maybe a few equal or stronger hands as well. I think it shows more strength than a push, which offers some bluff opportunities post flop. Yet I often get caught playing like that: if I hit the nuts (or good top pair on a dry board) I rarely get to grow the pot without making my opponent fold. Or I grow the pot when I'm ahead and make the pot so big that I cannot fold when the straight/flush draws hit.
Shove -> The simple answer that I use the most. Get some fold equity (I'd guess even against better hands) and if it gets called we're not so bad. If vilain calls top 30% we're at 40/60 with the lower part of my range (K4s/A2o/22)

I'm currently playing in low BI (1€), so the push is probably alright now but going up it might be different...
