I turned 18 yesterday and signed up with PSTARS. Deposit accepted and immediate Frozen Account with ZERO replies to my emails over the last 30 hours. I have sent them all my documents. The only thing I don't have is a utility bill because I just turned 18 and live with my parents.
Why is pstars support so slow???

The best documents to send are a passport and bank statement. You may have to wait a few days still. If you don't hear anything back from them then it may be worth trying another room. My advise is to use a free money offer on one of the rooms and immediately after signing up and before you deposit any money upload your documents and wait for the room to confirm that everything is ok.
Hope you can resolve the issue with start and look forward to hearing how you get on.
