By accident I clicked 7$ tournament (luckily i won it :f_drink:) and had this spot.

Is this a good call vs such strange line? Imo the limp preflop might suggest 88 but I was more affraid of some suited connectors or broadways

Please put the results in a spoiler or leave them out.
You play a mway pot and face action. The problem with betting is that if you get raised you often face a better hand. Nevertheless, in a 3 way pot its hard to fold a straight on a board which contains only three hearts. If they were more hearts on the board or more players or action from both players you can consider playing this passively or folding but otherwise, I would just get in for value because I expect you to have the best hand most of the time.

Seems fine though turn is never great spot as villain value range should be only flushes for such line BUT considering he seems like whale from stats and line you never know what pops up...

I would recommend to use filters in client to not have any games in lobby you are not supposed to play. Accidently regging too big games is bit questionable habit :)
