AQ 4bet spot

OTT X is not an option I think, but which bet size?. OTR I dont know if just X and wait for a X bh or bet 1/2-2/3 to avoid bluff from busted flush.

It's interesting to know why you would 4bet pre-flop.
It depends a lot what I would do here based on stats and reads on them.
That's with the flop sizing also the case. If he's passive I would bet around $1 and check on the K on the turn. River is fine.

I like the 4bet. Size is kind of small.
Having a cold calling range to 3bets from the SB is not really my thing.
Flop cbet ok.
Turn I think I would check with AQs, AK. AA/KK would be bets. QQ could be a check sometimes. I'm also more inclined to cbet some random 65s or so that you decided to get spicy with preflop.
A small bet is suitable here again if you want to bet I guess.
I think river should be a shove as played. You have 2.85 left on a 4.45 pot, you are commited and check/folding is wrong for sure. Might as well just bet yourself and represent what you can.
