Hello, I am sorry if this is obvious or if I have missed it ^^ but to what mail should I send my ID in order to withdraw form mansion (and with what subject :P) ?
This would be also my first withdraw, and I will do it with moneybookers. So do I need to deposit first and what amount if anyone know? (or what % from the withdraw amount?, I plan to withdraw ~300USD)

I am 99,9% sure that you have to do a deposit to withdraw your money. It doesn't matter how big. It could easily be just 20$ via MoneyBookers.

All things mentioned above is right. However, I just want to add that you will need to send in a proof of residence besides the ID copy.

i sent mine to docs@mansion.com like a week ago and got no response...should I email the above address too?

I was contacting their support and someone gave me this exact address (docs@...). I sent my ID+bank statement there and nothing happened for whole 10 days. After that I send my ID to memberservice@... and they confirmed my IDs in less than 48 hours. And replied mail was from this one at memberservice@... so it wasn't just a coincidence.
