I am reaching out to you because Pokerstars just dediced 3 days ago (12th Sept) to suspend me from playing at their site temporarily. This is their e mail:

Your cooperation will help bring this matter to a close promptly.
I wrote them an answer in less then 2 hours of receiving their e-mail. What is worrying me though is that they still havent sent me a response, my account is still frozen. Is there anyone who went through a process like this and who could tell me how long is it going to take?
