i love that the preflop sizing got through lol. obviously you beat zero value range, but villain can have a bluff range, busted diamonds and backdoor straight draws.
it sucks when you get stacked, but we don't block diamonds and QJ so i feel you might just have to sigh call this off. i don't fault a fold, though.

Nasty spot on the river, but against a unknown I would fold on this huge bet.
Most of the time I would make a thin value bet on river and fold to a raise against a unknown.

What can I beat here?

Many things. Limp-call huge raise=huge fish. He can have from quads to 72o. You need just 1/3, so I will call vs this player. Not great i know, but if you wait for the nuts to stack of deep vs the whales you'll lose a lot of value.
