Not sure if you have any info of the villains in this hand, but if the MP player is a active player I wouldn't mind the 3bet and sizing on the flop is decent. You could bet more, but I expect you get only action with better if he's calling or raising. It's funky enough that he's showing his hand after your fold. Always nice to get free information.
