I have been playing poker for a while and need some help, everytime i build a bankroll and move up i loose; so facing some experienced poker players i fail. So I need some tips to improve my skills.

What kind of games your normal play SNG’s, tournaments, cash games and/or other format than No limit hold’em? If I know this I can help you better.
