I think it's not so good that you can make a payout at pokerstars only every 24 hours. This is not very customer friendly. In contrast, Partypoker is much friendlier. In addition, you get very bad hands after a payout or attempt to pay. which causes you to lose everything.

A withdraw you mean I guess, but it shouldn't make too much different to wait 24 hours and if you use the appropriate bankroll management you shouldn't lose your entire bankroll in a short amount of time.
