Two questions:
Should I lead on the flop or check?
Is my river bet good? Or is it better to check (Maybe check/call)?

I think you played it well. Especially against a loose passive player. It's to bad he's playing 1 of the better hands in his limping range. I wouldn't mind to bet even a little bit more on the river like 30c for thin value.
