This player has nearly 100% c bet on the flop.

1. Would you re-raise OTF against him?
2. Would you bluff river as played?

I would only raise the flop if he has a extreme high Cbet%, but most of the time I would fold the flop.

Read less I would give up the river or you expect he will fold often here.

Ok. If you had re-raised flop, would you have contiuned with betting on what cards on the turn?

This ace is a tough card to represent. I doubt you would check/raise with a ace and AT would be a 3bet pre-flop. In this case I would check and give up. A :spade: turn card could be a nice card to bluff on. I expect you check/raising as semi bluffs and strong top pair hands.
