Hi There.

Need help with the starting capital
plataform: PokerStars.

I've passed the quiz and sent all my docs past week(04/18/2009)..
but the starting capital did not arrived

i already wrote a ticket to ps support, and now im w8ing for the anwser.
i played with real money on pokerstars, i won a freeroll some weeks ago, can this be a problem?..

Hi foxz0r,

You won't be able to receive your staring capital on pokerstars if you already had a pokerstars account before you applied for the starting capital.

If that's the case you have to choose an other pokerroom for your starting capital.
