Preflop there's not much to say. I get to see a free flop on the BB with 95o. BTN is unknown.
Flop I go for the check/raise. I can have 22 and 55, not 99. I can have a ton of 9x (Q9, J9o, T9o...). I can have flushdraws etc.
Turn brings and A. I don't know what a BTN limping range looks like, but a fish probably calls A high OTF, so I bet for value.
River brings a T. No draw has been completed. I decided to bet big and polarize myself. Either a missed draw or a great hand.
I would expect A2, A5, A9 to mix their turn plays with calls and raises.
I'm never folding OTR to tbh, so I prefered to bet myself and polarize my range than check and face a bet. Maybe sizes were completely wrong.
Don't know if I pushed too much, but I can't really see another way to play this.
It is always fun when you stumble into a great hand with garbage hole cards. There is no problem in how you played this. Shoving the River is an option in hope of winning a huge hand. But, you really don't want to chase the Villain away. Your 22 BB River bet and shoving seem to be reasonable options.
I prefer leading the flop multi way than check/raising. You want to protect your hand and I expect there is a decent change they check it back. The rest seems well played.

I like the way you played it.
I like the c/r on the flop because we just want to build the pot. Yes, we sometimes get checks behind, but I think that's made up for the times we get to make the pot larger than it would have been.
We absolutely need to bet big on the turn to get money from flushdraws, all of which are in BTN's range. We did.
I don't think we get reraised on the river with a bluff. So we have the option to bet again or to c/c or c/r to get money from bluffs. I think he often enough has an A here over a bluff that he bets that leading seems better.
