Both lines are fine, but if he's passive I would call flop and turn as well. Tough to let him fold better if he doesn't like to fold. That's why villain info is nice. Especially HU. As played I would consider leading the river. Tough for him to have a better hand and he can easy check behinfd when most draws comes. Funky enough he's even checking a straght behind and that's pretty tight.
