For example Winter Series Sunday 3 Million has multiple satellites and all of them says, if you win this tournament you will be automatically registered and unregister is not possible (since there is only one 3 million special tournament it's not possible to use for next weeks it's fine)
But what if I win multiple satellite ticket to this tournament any idea? Are they converting extra ticket to tournament money?
Not sure, but I expect you will get tournament money for it.

When I won a satellite after the target tournament's late registration period had ended, I received tournament dollars.
For this reason, I believe SDK is correct.
