I followed step by stem registration process from the link to pokerstars.com and they simply cut you off and you didn't do anything about it!

We have conducted a thorough review of your account, and can confirm that, unfortunately, your Stars Account is not linked to PokerStrategy, and you're therefore not eligible to receive any associated benefits.
There are many websites on the internet promoting PokerStrategy as affiliate, and not all of them are currently working with us as affiliate partners.
With that in mind, we have no control over the content they post on their sites or relevance of their links. If you signup through an obsolete partner link, you won't be able to avail to any benefits.
We're also unable to retroactively link your account. To be tracked to PokerStrategy, you need to register your account through one of the links or banners available on their website.
Moreover, you're not allowed to close your existing Stars Account and open a new one to be tracked to PokerStrategy.
