Villain (MP3) is pretty loose and most of the time quite passive after the flop, but he did try to pull off a few bluffs once in a while (typical with busted draws on the river and high cards on the flop/turn). Had to use another hand converter since i got this hand while playing a bonus free on another poker site.

Prima Poker skin
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $0.50/$1
10 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is CO with Q♦ Q♣
2 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Hero raises, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG+2 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: 4♥ J♣ 2♣ (10.5SB, 5 players)
BB checks, UTG+2 checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+2 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, UTG+2 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 caps, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG+2 calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: J♦ (15.25BB, 5 players)
BB checks, UTG+2 checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks.

River: 3♦ (15.25BB, 5 players)
BB checks, UTG+2 checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, 2 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 folds.

Results:
Final pot: 17.25BB

On the flop i put villain (MP3) on TP-with a mid/good kicker, gut-shot-straight-draw or flush draw (or both), low set, two pairs or simply high cards. Made the 3-bet to find out how he put his hand's strenght (since he check/raised + capped i thought it was a monster). I probably should have made a bet on the turn now that i look back. Since he checked again river i guessed he had been on a draw or had been bluffing completely and of course i raised - and as you can see i guessed right.

Now the two questions:
-Was the turn check so bad? Could have up to 5 more BB's at showdown if i had kept the pressure (+ reducing the field - must have some fold equity from all the coldcallers), but with the probability of losing it all to a monster from MP3.

-If i played this hand through again i probably would have raised the turn for the fold equity - but what should i do then if MP3 (or any other for that matter) check/raised me again?

you must bet the turn here, if villain has a J, well, that is bad luck, if he doesn't have one, than you have a huge valuebet against 4 opponents.
If you get raised, i would call down since you have 2 outs against a J and 4 against a set and get humongous pot odds to peel there.
Just don't miss this valuebet!!!
river is good again.
