Any info of villain would be nice. Also your own though process is interesting to know.
Against most villainst I would 4bet with the intention to go broke with QQ or villain is tight.
The rest of the hand seems pretty standard. I expect he wants that you call for a split pot and has a flush or something.

That flop is not good for his 3-betting range, I like flop call. Turn I would probably raise because board is getting ugly, and Villain could have 3-bet you with a hand like A5s which has decent equity after that turn card. Folding the river any Ace has a straight.

The board is already a straight (2-6). So an ace makes no difference, because a Ax hand will play the board :f_wink:

Villain's flop bet is fairly low, and turn bet is even weaker. Seems more like a blocking bet than a value bet at this point. I think I would raise the turn.

I think it's ok overall. I'm not sure about a turn raise, but that might be something to consider against aggros.
I'd consider calling with the Q♦: sometimes tbh OTR.
