This hand was very unlucky for me, however, I was wondering if bigger sizing could isolate this.
I didn't have enough data about this person (just 21 hands).

PokerStars - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

SB: 188 BB
BB: 148 BB
UTG: 103 BB
MP: 139 BB
Hero (CO): 133.5 BB
BTN: 151 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K♠ A♣

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BTN calls 3 BB, fold, fold

Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 4♠ 5♥ A♥
Hero bets 3.5 BB, BTN calls 3.5 BB

Turn: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 6♦
Hero bets 7 BB, BTN calls 7 BB

River: (28.5 BB, 2 players) 3♠
Hero bets 27.5 BB, BTN raises to 90 BB, Hero raises to 120 BB and is all-in, BTN calls 30 BB

Spoiler

Hero shows K♠ A♣ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 45%, Flop 83%, Turn 77%)
BTN shows 7♣ 7♥ (Straight, Seven High)
(Pre 55%, Flop 17%, Turn 23%)
BTN wins 259 BB

I would go for 1/2 pot on flop and 2/3 turn when OOP on that wet board. The river I might check/fold or block bet, and fold to a raise. Your pot bet on the river was a mistake nothing you beat will call you so then its not a value bet you've turned your hand into a bluff and when he comes over top of you its an easy fold for me.

Thank you! Indeed, I should isolate more on the turn and just check/fold the river.

You can go for 1/2p again on the river to get some lighter calls no need to go so big.And you can go bigger on the flop and turn to charge all the draws. On the river your hands at best a bluff catcher vs the raise don't ever come over the top of it with one pair hands.Call or fold and mostly folding on a board that wet your river bet size isn't going to induce bluffs so its far more likely a value hand.On that board you basically want very close to the nuts to come over the top of that raise so 7x minimum. You have zero fold equity and your shove isn't for value

I wouldn't cbet OTT always, they have natural bluffs on that 6 and we can protect our checking range.
River is a check as played. It might be a bet/call not blocking hearts as played, but never a 3bet. You fold out every single bluff.

Than you need to expect a random NL2 player is capable to bluff here and I doubt that.
I don't think a thin value bet on turn and river is to bad, but than you need to fold if he'sraising and half pot on every street is big enough or he's a calling station.

Bet at least 2/3 on flop and turn to protect your hand and get value from possible draws and weaker Ax hands. River card is a bit annoying. I would check/call here. Definitely not a good place to bet potsize as it's unlikely you'll be called by weaker hands at this point. As played it's an easy fold after being raised on the river. Very unlikely this is a bluff, unless you have some solid reads on villain.

Lucky Button, your raises were high enough to be too expensive in regards of pot odds.
Although the implied pot odds proved him right.
Shoving All-in was a mistake tho, the board is scary and a call here is the correct play imo, reduce losses in case you're beat.
