Guys I will really appreciate if you could share with me how you deal with bad beats and tilt? More specifically, if you had a very bad beat, how do you deal with it so it does not affect the rest of your game/tournament? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

In general, try to look at what happens that causes your state of tilt and look at ways that this trigger can be dealt with in a different way.
Accept bad beats as part of the game, don't feel entitled to the pot, the cards come randomly, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
(I know this sounds irritatingly simple, but that's how it is)
The are books on this topic, one of those is: The Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler, Barry Carter.

The book Timmaywin mentioned is the one that made the biggest difference to me.
It didn't change my win rate much, but my tilt rate is waaaayyy down.

I have the "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler and it's very helpful indeed.
