I like it. You are always beat OTR (always, always), but for that price it's worth calling and take a note that he slowplays TPTK.
I also prefer to bet myself OTR as you did. Your size should indude some bluffing, but not at NL10 for sure.

A 3bet bluff pre-flop could be a decent option as well with a ace blocker. Especially if BTN steals a lot, but post-flop seems fine. Tough to fold river on a small raise. Off course tough to beat a value hand there.
