I think you can flat 55 in the sb vs utg or fold pre i dont much like 3betting 55 vs utg.But then maybe someone will tell me i'm wrong about that i'm not 100% sure tbh.

Unless they're opening 20% from UTG, 55 plays bad against their range. You can fold this. It's very difficult to realize all the equity with 55 completely OOP. You will also be squeezed out of the pot by BB often.
I'd check/fold flop right away.
