I agree that this is a good shove.

Others have argued for a raise if we are a bit deeper. I have to admit that I woud usually just complete with 20BB+ and maybe start iso-raising with 30BB+.
I just feel that people are calling our iso-raise too often and then we have to play a pretty big pot OOP... I think I would need a marginally better hand here. Why do we hate completing? Is it just too nitty?

Marginally better rangeis top 4% or?

Isn´t our KQo far ahead against limping range that we hate them not folding pre?

If we are ahead, we do raise for value and actually do not mind them to call us even 100%, or not?

If we are ahead, do we mind playing big pots?

Oh we are oop, but is it a big deal when playing against passive recreant with well playable brodway connectors? (Which leads us again back to questioning the hand strenght)

Depending on which hand ranking you look at you'll get different results. KTs (Hero's hand) isn't in the top 5% in any of those nonetheless. Not sure where you get the 4% figure from. KQo would probably be ahead against his limp/call range - sure.

I might actually be too passive in these spots and too afraid to play big pots OOP with a slight equity edge.

well I wrote KQo yet I meant KTs nevermind I feel like it´s close hand strenght and we of course dominate btn limping range big time! So we raise happy.:f_love:

4% range was an astimative question on you! You said you feel like you need better hand to raise there, so I then scratch my head like what do you mean KTs not being good enough? Then you might be raising there only stuff like AJ+ TT+ being nitty playing agresively only 4% and lossing lots of value

Ahh - okay. I guess I might raise something like ATs, AJo, 88+, KJs, KQo which believe is marginally better than KTs and still more than 4% or 5% I think

But as stated before I might be too tight in these spots and I get your point that if we don't want to raise KTs what else is left to be raised!?!
