Push/fold/raise/.. ??? I would say raise to let's say 900. Villain tried to steal a lot.

With your read this is an easy push. A raise will just lead you into pretty hard spots when he just calls or reshoves.
Bad luck that BB awoke with a probably pretty strong hand but you cannot know this in advance.
