Where is my fault/fold?

PartyPoker 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (6 handed) Recorded and converted with HandRecorder

Preflop: Hero is BU with Q♠, J♣
3 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6.00 SB) 3♠, J♦, 6♥ (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB folds, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.00 BB) K♥ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (8.00 BB) A♦ (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.00 BB.

Interesting hand:

Actually you can't get out of the hand.

The river really sucks but you only have to be up front in one out of 9 times.
This looks like a really close decision where the EV of fold and call is almost the same.

Another option could be to raise the turn and fold to a 3bet.
But actually i don't like that one so much.
