I've set up "tecrisser" as my nickname here in pokerstrategy moments before registering it in GGPoker.
It came out that "tecrisser" was already registered in GGPoker, and I had to change it to "tecrisser61".
I got my bonuses there, but until now I can't change my nickname here, and because of that I'm not earning pokerstrategy points.

Welcome to the PokerStrategy.com forums! 
Since it is not necessary that the two nicknames match even slightly, something else must be wrong.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
Hopefully they'll be able to get is sorted out...
