Greetings, I´m Holdem wanderer, looking for fun with PLO. So, is preflop ok? and Flop as well?

Turn I was afraid to bet because of his stacksize I was worried of being raised. Is it good reason? Would it be good enough bet/call?

To answer your question: Preflop is not okay. :f_biggrin:

Don't openlimp preflop (there are a few spots, but not on Pokerstars :) ). If you raise, always raise pot. Second thing is your hand is not a RFI from CO.
You want to focus on 3 components in your hand:
1. Nutiness -> High cards like Aces, Kings and other broadway cards
2. Connectedness -> Your hand should be connected in order to hit some strong straights like AKQT, QJT9 etc.
3. Suitedness -> Best hands are double suited so that you could hit good flushes

Although your hand has a King-High suit and has a pair in it it will be dominated quite often. Just thing about how many boards you gonna hit with this hand. There are not much.

The call on the flop I don't like as well. You are calling with a pair of :6x: and a :6x: high flush draw.

What do you do when villain pots turn?

So my advice would be that you focus on improving preflop before getting too complex with fancy lines. :f_drink:
