This converter is going to be a cash cow...

SB bets $1.17, Hero calls $1.17

Turn: ($4.24) (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($4.24) (2 players)
SB bets $1.39, Hero folds, Hero shows

Turn should I bet?
River obvious fold.

I'd raise flop and try to get the money in. I would bet turn also. As played, I'm calling this river bet.

yeah was trying to slowplay bit too much. Flop raise would be good.

Flop is just a call. Doesn't make sense to raise him here with any hand. You don't rep QQ and you're capped in terms of overpairs.
It's also a 2/3 bet, so his range is more polarized, and raising polarized ranges is not usually a thing.
As played, I'd stab OTT. He has less flushes because the K♥: was a great part of his flushdraws OTF. He will have hands like AA, AQo, KQo.
KK are less likely now.
River I think it's a call tbh vs that size. I know pop doesn't block bet river often, but he can still bet a K, Q like this to prevent being bluffed.
