I dislike the call preflop SC on CO vs UTG open gets you in trouble a lot vs squeeze, players on BTN, so I would fold that one.

I would call flop, fold turn. As played, shove if you wanna win or check back to see 55~AA, Ace or King high win. Shoving might not work against 99 though for instance.

I also don't like to flat preflop from the CO.
I think folding turn is ok because you're dead vs Jx. If it wasn't a 4 or a J calling would be correct for that price and with position (and implied odds when he has JT, KJ, QJ, AJ, strong overpairs).
River I'd check behind. I don't think we rep much by betting.

Preflop the raise is cheap. Maybe calling is ok.

OTF I would have raised.

Since you have absolutly no showdown value otr, i would have bet 2/3.

Raising flop is very bad Tyron. You represent absolutely nothing.
You shouldn't even raise your Jx here, doesn't make sense. Villain is not capped, has a much stronger range than you and can apply the pressure he wants.
How do you play after raising flop and being called? What if he decides to 3bet? Awful.
He may fold 77 or whatever, but on the long run is -EV for sure.
About betting river: I think you'll be looked up so often you'll be burning money by betting. He shouldn't play A high like this, so there's little point in trying to fold out this hands. It's ok to give this up.
You also don't have any relevant blockers to his calling/value range.
