It seems NOT!
I wanted to increase my transfer limits. So I wrote, as PS sugested to support and to cashier. No one answered. I wrote 4 mails. Nothing. It's been almost 20 days with no answer.
I tried to get in contact with PS with Facebook, they saw what I wrote (direct msg) and they ingored me. Tried over Twitter, they asked me for how much I want to increase (said for only 25$) and again they never answered.
This is so unprofessional. So I'm thinking witdrawing my money, and forget Poker Stars.

The email address for PokerStars support is support@pokerstars.eu
I have never had to wait for their support.

To request a transfer limit increase, do the following:
:diamond:  Open the Cashier
:diamond:  Click "Transfer to Player"
:diamond:  click the down-arrow to the right of "Transfer Limits" -- you now see your limits
:diamond:  Click "Request Transfer Limit Increase"

When I do that I see the following message:

You can still transfer more funds out before your limit is reached. Current limits must be exhausted before consideration is given to allowing an increase to these limits

btw, I've never had a problem w/ PokerStars support, although I did recently see an email suggesting that they were swamped.

All the best,
VS

Hi,
I probably didn't explained well what is the problem.
I want to increase my monthly transfer limit for max 30usd more (cause I reached that limit). And if you want to do that you have to write to cashier mail and to security mail (that is their rule, and you can see that in transfer window). I also tried to contact PokerStars via Facebook and via Twitter. I, also, write at online support.
Noone answered for 20 days. NOT even 1 answer.
That is the problem.

There should be a support, but they are not answering.

Same problem here, and when I look on Twitter there are lots of people with this problem.
