bet 0.33 of the pot to fold out air and if villain continues assume hes got queens

I would just 4bet shove pre-flop with AK on his big 3bet.
Now you have almost 0 fold equity if you make a click back 4 bet like now.

I would call his 3 bet ip instead of 4betting AK to keep him in the pot with a wider range.

Because of the 3bet sizing it makes 4betting pretty awkward so i think i like the 4bet shove option here,probably not calling to much because of the larger sizing again.
