Skrill fast deposit weird withdraw. I have some doubts

Good evening.
Yesterday I tried to subscribe to a new poker room that has the option of using Skrill as a deposit method.
So I defrosted my old Skrill account, and with my MasterCard I deposited on Skrill the amount I wanted to use on the new poker room.
I went to the poker room website and tried to deposit through Skrill ... but surprise ! The money I put on the Skrill account can not be used for on line payments.
All right I have said to myself, the only reason I would have a Skrill account is for poker purposes,hence I immediately tried to get my money on my MasterCard...but wait! Another surprise! Skrill does not allow to withdraw via MasterCard. So using Skrill not only I couldn t charge my new poker account, but I ended up having money stuck. Now I ll waste another 2 or 3 hours of my life trying to get my money back. What a nice day
